How can I change my booking details?

If you need to edit any booking details for your upcoming trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, kindly contact our support team via email info@greetgopickups.com for further assistance.

Important note: Booking changes less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip are not possible and non-refundable. Kindly contact your driver directly to see if they would be able to accommodate any changes.
