How to book a transfer with GreetGo Pickups?
You can easily book a transfer with GreetGo Pickups by visiting our website or downloading our mobile app(coming soon).
Simply enter your pick-up and drop-off locations,select the date and time, and choose your preferred vehicle option.
Follow the prompts to complete the booking process.

Available booking options: one-way, round trip, multi-city transfers, etc.
GreetGo Pickups offers various booking options to suit your needs. You can choose from one-way transfers, round trips, or multi-city transfers depending on your travel requirements.
Once the payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

How to cancel my ride?
To cancel your already payed ride with GREETGO Pickups please contact us on email: info@greetgopickups.com.

How can I change my booking details?
If you need to edit any booking details for your upcoming trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, kindly contact our support team via email: info@greetgopickups.com for further assistance.
Important note: Booking changes less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip are not possible and non-refundable. Kindly contact your driver directly to see if they would be able to accommodate any changes.
What time should I state in my reservation to be met by the driver at the airport?
In order to avoid any mistakes between your arrival time and the 1-hour complimentary waiting time GREETGO Pickups provide, it is suggested to add an extra 20 minutes on top of your flight arrival for airport meet & greet service. If you have to go through passport control and collect any checked-in luggage, we advise counting 30 minutes more on your flight arrival time.
How can I adjust the number of passengers in my booking?
During booking you will be able to input the number of passengers, as well as their luggage. The booking platform will allocate an appropriate car to you based on this.
Kindly note that if you arrive with more passengers and luggage than defined in your booking, we may not be able to provide our service. This is due to the vehicles only be able to safely transport the number of passengers and luggage specified on the booking platform GREETGO Pickups.
How far in advance can I book a ride?
You can book rides as far in advance as you wish, or just 12 hours prior.
We suggest reserving GREETGO Pickups as early as possible, though.
How do I book a return transfer?
You can book your return transfer with GreetGo Pickups when booking your first ride.
However, if you didn’t do that You can use our Transfers page and book your return by clicking “BOOK NOW” and fulfilling the contact form or contact us via info@greetgopickups.com
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After booking your transfer you will receive two emails. First one will inform you of the successful transaction, second one will be sent as soon as a driver has been assigned to you by GreetGo Pickups.
