This Privacy Policy is intended specifically for the GreetGo Pickups driver mobile application distributed through Google Play. It does not replace any additional legal notices that may apply to bookings, transport operations, support cases, or separate websites operated by GreetGo Pickups.

- document approval, rejection, expiry, or resubmission records;
- private compliance files or evidence submitted for operational review.
3.3 Ride and Dispatch Data
- assigned rides and ride history;
- pickup and dropoff addresses, stops, dates, and times;
- ride codes and internal ride identifiers;
- ride state and ride action timestamps;
- flight information where relevant to the transfer;
- ride notes and ride-related internal operational notes;
- driver interaction with offered rides, accepted rides, returned rides, removed rides, and active rides.
3.4 Passenger and Trip Contact Data Visible to Drivers

- passenger phone number or contact details provided for operational ride fulfilment;
- meeting information and transfer instructions necessary to complete the ride.
3.5 Location Data
- driver live location data used for ETA and ride operations;
- location attached to ride actions such as “I’ll be there”, “I’m at pickup location”, and ride completion;
- location-derived distance checks against pickup and dropoff zones;
- location signals used for suspicious activity detection or fake GPS review where relevant.
3.6 App Usage, Operational, and Performance Data
- timestamps of driver actions in the App;
- offer response and ride action history;
- acceptance rate, reliability-related metrics, and app usage metrics;
- ranking or performance summary information generated from operational activity;
- activity logs connected to transfers, warnings, support, and operational review.
3.7 Warning, Discipline, and Appeal Data
- warnings issued to drivers;
- warning reasons and related evidence or activity history;
- warning proposal, resolution, and expiry data;
- warning appeals submitted by drivers and related decisions;
- discipline summary and risk-review related data.
3.8 Payment and Payout Data
- ride earnings;
- payment status;
- payout records;
- adjustments, penalties, deductions, and warning-related reductions where applicable;
- payment review outcomes and accounting-related records.
3.9 Support and Communication Data
- support tickets created by drivers;
- messages exchanged in support conversations;
- attachments or evidence files submitted through support or review flows;

3.10 Technical and Device Data

- device-related metadata necessary to secure and operate the App.
4. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data:
- directly from you when you register, update your profile, submit documents, contact support, or use the App;
- automatically through your use of the App, including ride actions, app usage events, and technical logs;
- from ride operations and internal dispatch workflows;
- from our review, compliance, fraud prevention, and safety processes;
- from third-party infrastructure providers that support authentication, notifications, maps, hosting, analytics, and storage.
5. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data only where necessary to operate, improve, secure, and administer the GreetGo Pickups driver App and related driver services. In particular, we use personal data to:
- create, authenticate, and manage driver accounts;
- review registrations and decide whether to approve or reject access to the platform;
- verify identity, documents, profile updates, and compliance requirements;
- assign rides and allow drivers to manage active, upcoming, and completed transfers;
- display pickup, dropoff, passenger, and trip details necessary to complete a transfer;
- calculate ETA and support location-based ride operations;
- record driver ride actions and compare action locations to expected pickup or dropoff zones;
- detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent behavior, including possible fake GPS usage or abnormal ride-action patterns;
- issue, review, expire, appeal, and track warnings and disciplinary outcomes;
- generate operational metrics such as reliability, acceptance, app usage, and driver ranking summaries;
- manage driver support requests and internal escalations;
- calculate earnings, manage payouts, and record adjustments, penalties, or deductions where relevant;
- send important operational notifications, updates, reminders, review outcomes, support-related messages, and warning-related notices;
- maintain platform security, service integrity, legal compliance, and internal recordkeeping.
6. Location Data
The App may process location data when required for operational use of the driver platform.
Location data may be used to:
- calculate a driver’s ETA to pickup;
- support active ride actions such as “I’ll be there”, “I’m at pickup location”, and ride completion;
- verify whether those actions occurred near expected pickup or dropoff coordinates;
- review no-show, misconduct, or service integrity issues;
- support suspicious location detection and anti-fraud review.
We do not use driver location data for unrelated third-party advertising purposes.
7. Push Notifications and Operational Messaging
The App may use push notifications and related messaging tools to send drivers important service communications, including offered rides, ride updates, reminders, review outcomes, support updates, payment-related updates, and warning-related notices.
8. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable under data protection law, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases:
- performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and protecting the platform and related services;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- consent, where consent is specifically required by law.

- service providers that support authentication, cloud hosting, storage, notifications, mapping, analytics, and technical infrastructure;

We do not sell personal data.
10. Data Retention

If you created an account in the GreetGo Pickups App, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the account deletion process available in the App and through our external account deletion page.

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or justified for fraud prevention, safety, accounting, payment review, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
Please note:
- account deletion may lead to loss of access to the platform and related history visible to the account;
- some data may still be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, operational integrity, or dispute-handling purposes;
- where deletion cannot be completed immediately, the request may be processed within a reasonable administrative period.
12. Driver Documents, Photos, and Uploaded Files
If you upload profile photos, compliance documents, evidence, or support attachments, we process those files for the specific operational purpose for which they were submitted, including document review, profile review, warning review, support investigation, or compliance verification.
13. Automated Operational Assessments
The platform may generate operational summaries and performance-related metrics based on driver interactions and ride activity, including acceptance rate, reliability, app usage-related scoring, and ranking summaries. These are used for operational management, service quality review, internal prioritization, and platform administration.
14. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or unlawful disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication systems, cloud security features, and internal review restrictions.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
